Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Provide senior management with regular reporting and updates on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate.
- Proven track record of 3-4 years in business development or sales roles, preferably in the Media or gaming industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating their passion for creating exceptional video content. With expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, the Video Editor will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality videos for both internal and client projects. Also responsible for producing Motion Graphics elements for within films and edits. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and team members, the Video Editor will ensure timely delivery of videos that meet our quality standards while bringing innovation and storytelling prowess to every project.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to maintain design consistency across various media platforms.
- Create captivating and impactful videos.
- Create motion graphics elements within the video.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Video Editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills
- Must have Motion Graphics skills
- Competency in video production, color grading, and motion graphics
- Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with the Creative Director and team members
